► UHI and UHISA Clubs & Societies
Clubs and Societies are a great way of enriching your university experience and allow you to demonstrate some practical skills like organising, budgetting and generally just bossing people about - you know what I mean!
They are an excellent way to spend your free time, meet new people and gain new talents. UHISA is able to offer some funding to students who want to set up a club or society and we are here to help you along the way. Funding is getting tighter but until you apply you will never know.
Applications are welcome at any time through the year, but we are planning on assessing the first awards in mid October.
Clubs and Societies can encompass the following:
Cultural/National Interests
Sports
Music and Drama
Faith based
Particular hobbies or pursuits
Academic based societies.
