SOS - I.T. Issues
There is nothing more frustrating than when there are problems with the IT systems. This year in particular, with the upgrading of some of the systems, many UHI students have experienced issues with the VLE, email, Citrix and some of the other systems we use. It has not gone unnoticed and as a consequence, me and Nathan have been working hard to find ways to provide a better service for our students.
As there is no 24/7 service, we have been trying to identify ways to help students, when the UHIHelpdesk is not available - i.e. outside office hours:
