An excellent way to spend your free time, meet new people and gain new talents is to be part of a club or society. Its really easy to set up and we at your exec are here to guide you every step of the way.
To set up a society you all you need is: a great idea!
- Cultural/National interests
- Sports
- Music/Drama
- Faith-based
- Particular hobbies or pursuits
- Academic-based societies
If you have the idea and want to meet others in the UHI network then get in touch!
Once you have an idea of what your society will be for, you will need to find students from within your college or the other UHI Academic Partners to be a part of it, this can can include FE Students and staff members if you want.
To register your club with UHISA, please complete the Registration Form here.
Once you have successfully registered and would like to receive financial support for your activities, please complete the Finance Application Form here, further guidance on filling out the applications can be found here or by contacting the UHISA Interim Officer for Clubs and Societies, Katie McFarlane-Slack.
