Not much to report on this week as due to inclement weather the golf fixture between UHI and Aberdeen had to be postponed until some time in the New Year, this means that their is no change to the league table as seen here.   

The only other news I can offer on Club sport at present is that unfortunately UHI Camanachd lost their first competitive Shinty match. However, hopefully with it being so early in the season it won't dampen their spirits too much. I look forward to being able to present to you better news on their progresses in the future.

I would also like to take this opportunity to welcome our two newest affiliated clubs, Club Karate SMO based over on the Misty Isle, and the Circus Society who are based at the Scottish Association for Marine Science (SAMS). I would like on behalf of all UHISA members to wish both clubs well in all of their ventures. Who knows, we may even get a taste of what the circus society have learned nearer the end of semester 2.
